WHAT IS I SHINE ACADEMY?

I Shine Academy is a specialized technology training institution for children and students. Its mission is to prepare an innovative generation capable of keeping pace with modern developments. The academy offers advanced educational programs in science, technology, and engineering under the STEM methodology, backed by official accreditations from prestigious bodies — ensuring the quality and effectiveness of its training content.

WHAT DO CHILDREN LEARN AT ISHINE ACADEMY?

Children gain a comprehensive set of skills across two dimensions:

1. Technical skills: programming, robot design and programming, AI fundamentals, mobile app development, and modern engineering concepts.

2. Behavioral & personal skills: creative thinking, problem-solving, teamwork, self-confidence, and responsibility — supporting both academic and personal growth.

WHAT AGE GROUPS DOES I SHINE ACADEMY SERVE?

The academy's programs are open to children and students from 3.5 years up to 18 years old. Levels are divided to match each age group, ensuring the best possible learning experience for every child.

WHAT TRAINING FIELDS DOES I SHINE OFFER?

The academy covers a wide range of modern disciplines, including:

ARE THERE ANY PREREQUISTES TO JOIN I SHINE ACADEMY PROGRAMS?

No prior experience is required. Students are trained from the absolute beginner level all the way through to advanced levels. All a student needs is a desire to learn and explore — they will be guided and developed step by step.

HOW CAN I RESERVE A SPOT FOR MY CHILD?

You can secure a spot by paying the full subscription fee upfront, or by paying 50% as a deposit — with the remaining balance due before the first session begins.

IS ADVANCED BOOKING REQUIRED TO JOIN?

Yes, advance booking is mandatory to guarantee your child's place in a group. Walk-in or same-day registrations are not accepted.

WHEN DOES BOOKING CLOSE?

Booking closes 24 hours before the course start date, or when the group reaches its maximum capacity — whichever comes first.

CAN I BOOK ON THE SAME DAY THE COURSE STARTS?

No. To ensure quality organization and preparation — and in the best interest of the student — same-day bookings are not accepted.

WHY AREN'T SAME DAY BOOKINGS ACCEPTED?

To deliver the best possible learning experience for every child, the academy:

1. Limits group sizes to ensure quality follow-up and attention.

2. Prepares tools and training materials in advance based on confirmed enrollment numbers.

3. Organizes the training process professionally, without last-minute administrative pressure.

WHAT IF I MISSED THE BOOKING WINDOW?

You can register your details to join the next available group, ensuring an early spot and benefiting from advance preparation.
 

HOW DO I CONFIRM MY BOOKING PAYMENT?

Payment can be made through any of the following methods:

WHAT IS THE BASIS FOR DETERMINING THE SUBSCRIPTION FEES?

The subscription fee varies based on the type of training program and the child's age group.
 

DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION INCLUDE A CERTIFICATE AND TRAINING TOOLS?

Yes. The subscription includes an accredited certificate upon completion. The academy also provides all necessary tools and materials — parents do not need to supply anything extra.

CAN I GET A FULL REFUND IF I CANCEL MY BOOKING?

*  Cancellation 48+ hours before course start: full refund.
* Cancellation less than 48 hours before course start: 50% refund only.

CAN I GET A REFUND AFTER THE COUSE HAS ALREADY STARTED?

Yes — up to 50% of the subscription fee can be refunded after the course begins (but only within the first session), provided there is a legitimate issue with the service. You will need to complete an evaluation form and clearly state the reason.

HOW LONG IS THE PROGRAM AND HOW MANY TRAINING SESSIONS DOES IT INCLUDE?

The program consists of 12 training hours in total, held once per week with each session lasting 3 hours.
 

HOW LONG DOES THE FULL PROGRAM LAST?

The full program runs for one complete month.

IS THERE A MAKEUP SESSION IF A CHILD MISSES A SESSION?

Yes. The academy provides one makeup session per absence. Its date will be scheduled after the monthly timetable has concluded.

WHAT IF MY CHILD DOESN'T WANT TO CONTINUE THE COURSE?

After attending the first session, your child can be transferred to a different training program at no extra charge — and no fee will be applied for the session already attended. This transfer option is available once only.
